Your order will be processed & shipped in 1-2 business days after payment. No shipping on weekends/holidays.
For Nationwide Shipping, we ship your packages via GOGO Express, and for International Shipping, FEDEX. When we confirm that the order is ready to ship and Gogo Express/FedEx Booking is made, we will send you an email with a tracking number

Returns & Exchange
Local Orders
We make sure that the items are in perfect condition upon shipping. Nevertheless, if the scented candle gets broken during shipping, please take a picture and send us an email. We offer free candle replacement and free shipping.
International Orders
Due to the high cost of logistics costs, we currently do not offer returns and exchanges. We can issue store credit or refunds due to product damage issues upon shipping only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
